I received my set from pollyprissypants Smiley

She accompanied the cards with a yellow and black speckled background:

The prompts:

#1 : What do you want to remember today?
#2: Write about a smell that takes you back to childhood...

The backs:

I like your writing style, pollyprissypants Smiley

I love the raised writing, and the background on the first card! Thank you so much for swapping with me Smiley

Hello Everyone,

I am sorry to have been MIA.  A family emergency has become epic, and I have not had time to really be online or craft.  However I have received 3 awesome sets of journal prompts:

From Flip Flop:

I love the colors on the black/white/red one, and the abstract yet elegant design

From FairyHazeDesigns:

I like the whimsical drawings on the one that says to describe yourself through words and small drawings -- and the painting on the other is neat, sort of marbled

From Cygni:

The silhouette is so elegant and drawn with such exactness!

Thanks to all of you.  I will be trying to get myself together some pockets of time and emotional evenness (or at least a semblance of it) to create your prompts.  I really love the prompts I received and will reciprocate.  Things are not better but seem to have plateaued over the past two days, so I will hopefully do this soon.  I will stay in contact with our fearless leader.

Rock on!

I received two sets of cards. First up, from kartiana:

Color with crayons and Paint/stamp a picture without using a paint brush or a rubber stamp.

Fun! Love the use of a map as a background on the crayon prompt.

And from deadsweaters:

The first one says Break a window/Make a mosaic. The second says Music makes it better and the flip side says "Suddenly I saw polka dots and moonbeams all around the pug-nosed dream". ( Which I just Googled and it's a Frank Sinatra song, right?)

And just to show off my collection:

I have a lot because I make one for myself each time I make one for someone else.

Thanks, ladies!

Yes, it's Frank Sinatra!  Ones of my faces. Smiley. Your collection is quite impressive.  I can't wait to put them all together like that!
