Mine's pretty much done, just have to make sure the blue pen got all rinsed off. I trace the pattern onto the fabric with a water-soluble marker, but sometimes it's a pain to get it all rinsed away!

I wonder what Pottermouth and I were thinking...here's mine, along the same vein Cheesy

It says, "Good girls are made of sugar and spice, Cowgirls are made of whiskey on ice." Cheesy

Kittykill, that is super cute!

I don't have a wooden hoop on hand, but I'm going to share my slightly unfinished hoopla anyway.  I really like Futurama and this is one of my favorite quotes:

I can just see Farnsworth fuming in the angry dome.  Sometimes I wish I had one.

I like Kit-Kat, unless I'm with 4 or more people.

Amigurl55! That is awesome!

Pottermouth-I've had it for so long, I think maybe I found it at an estate sale. I love it too.

Loving the wordy hoops!  I hope to have mine done by tomorrow!

I use disappearing ink to draw on my pattern--the problem is that you have to stitch quickly since it really does disappear after a few hours! Grin

I usually just use a good old pencil to trace on my patterns.  I have yet to find a good way to do stuff with dark fabric....

Lindy- The white marking pencils you find in the notions section work really well on dark fabric.  It usually kind of rubs off on it's own, but you can take a damp cloth when you're finished stitching to get the rest off.

The sulky white transfer pen is just awesome. You trace your design from the back, then it irons on to your dark fabric.  I found this method when I was doing sashiko embroidery on dark indigo fabric.
