I have received already because mariak is awesome! She has also made some fantastic tiny things that I am excited to share with you.

La Vie en Rose hoop based on the movie Love Me if You Dare
A mini Pan's Labyrinth journal, it has little pics from the movie on the pages
Hawaii type keychain inspired by Forgetting Sarah Marshall

Jurassic Park magnets
Darth Vader bookmark
and Cadbury buttons which I must admit are already in my tummy

I love it all and I'm excited to give the bf his bookmark. I'm not crazy about Star Wars about he completely is. He even made me watch all 6 when we first started dating since I had never seen them. Thanks again mariak!!!

i recieved from courtneyf on friday, i hadn't even sent yet! she is a very busy knitter.

first this cute tea wallet inspired by "beauty and the beast"... the talking teapot, and i love the embellished rose.
next this ear warmer, inspired by the bonnets worn in "pride and predjudice"
i love the soft greens and tans. last this fun scarf made of gold loops, inspired by  the rings of power in "lord of the ring". our weather actually turned cold so i got to wear it!

great package, and such a fun swap! maybe if they were really squished, the band and scarf could be counted as tiny things, we will just pretend.

Received today!  A lovely lovely lovely package from MeganCrafts!

I have to admit that I had forgotten what movies I sent in my questionnaire... but it was easy to see what the inspiration for the crafts was!

First, a great little pouch from Spaceballs, with one of the (many many many) great quotes:

Then, a hoop for my wall!  May the Schwartz be with you!

(don't worry, that paint is dry - I have no open space anywhere... maybe I need to clean?)

And the best... the absolute best...

KILLER BUNNY!  Or, more precisely... The Killer Rabbit of Caerbannog.  Cheesy

(cute little tail!)

Luckily, I have a Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch to fend him off... Cheesy

Thank you, MeganCrafts!

I got my fabulous package last night but had to wait until daylight to take pictures!  Here they are!
Here's everything together:

My movie list was quite extensive.  This quote is from the movie Dead Man.

"William Blake.  Poet.  Painter.  Killer of White Men."  I love it!  The fabric has a leaf pattern that is reminiscent of tobacco leaves.  (the character quoted is always asking William Blake for tobacco.)  So neat!

From The Third Man, an awesome coaster tile with the wonderful Orson Welles looking impish!

From The Muppet Movie, one of my favorite muppets:  Rowlf!!  in hoop form.
Her note said I almost didn't get it since Rowlf is her favorite too!  I'm so glad she shared!   He's going to look fabulous on my wall.
She also made me some great book marks in the Muppet theme.

And as a massive extra, a repurposed Monty Python and the Holy Grail tshirt bag!!!!

mthrasher138, you are the best!!!!!  Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, I wish I had talent like that. They were images I found online, but I thought they would be neat bookmark extras. I know calixita likes to read.  Grin

I received 3 tiny things from Toralune yesterday but haven't been able to post pics until RIGHT NOW!

From the movie Up! I received an adorable card holder with corgis floating away with balloons. (I'm going to order a bunch of this fabric. It is seriously adorable!)

From the movie Brother Bear, a necklace inspired by the Northern Lights

From the movie IQ, a hoopla inspired by Boyd's comet

I also received a package of Swedish fish which didn't make it to the photo shoot.
(Also, sorry for the photo quality, my camera battery is slowly dying.)

Thank you Toralune!

I got my package from Whistley and finally managed to get some pictures! Cheesy

First up was this very clever amigurumi of Neville after he'd turned himself into a canary. Tongue Technically a book item, but we'd agreed that booky things were equally fine and that was one of my favorite one-liners in the books. Tongue

She also made an amazing Evenstar pendant from Lord of the Rings! Wow, I still can't imagine making one of these! Now I just need to find an excuse to wear it somewhere. Cheesy

Another Harry Potter item, this was a very cool decoupaged box.

The inside was just as cool, and even had a surprise inside!

Also a mirror based on Enchanted, one of my all-time favorite Disney movies, and featuring my favorite character before she got humanized. Tongue

And inside an enclosed envelope, one last surprise! Some bookmarks based on one of my pins for both Narnia and Harry Potter. I'm already using one of them. Cheesy

Thank you so much Whistley, you were a great partner!

"I know calixita likes to read."  I do indeed love to read and even prefer to match my bookmarks with books, themewise.  My batman bookmark is currently being used in the book American Psycho because it's slightly sinister.  The Muppet bookmarks will be used in something humorous!   Grin

what goodies in the gallery!
the corgi floating away on balloons fabric is adorable!
and that Evenstar pendent is truly amazing!  I'd love to see a closer picture of it.

These are knitting markers inspired by my different favorite movies

And here are two bracelets and a bookmark inspired by the movie Brave

That fox bag is gorgeous!!!  I love it!!  I do wish I could draw!!

I'm going to post pictures of the things I sent mthrasher138.  I'm assuming she's been quite busy but I want to show them off a bit.

For the movie, The Fifth Element, I made a felt tea wallet showcasing the Diva.

For the movie, Gremlins, a tiny felt stuffie of Spike.  He was my favorite and I'd seen several stuffed Gizmos but no Spikes!

And then for Frankenstein's Bride, I made a square stitch beaded bracelet based off a cross stitch pattern on her pinterest.

I also made some poetry magnets from some favorite quotes from her other 2 movies, Ghostbusters and Toy Story.  I'm hoping she and her hubby can come up with some good mash up quotes!   Wink

This has been a fun swap!!  Thanks for organizing, Smeddley!!!

I feel like a huge jerk for taking so long to post pictures of the absolutely amazing package that our wonderful organizer and my fantastic partner sent me.

Star Wars bookmarks. There's another one, but it's already in a book somewhere.  Tongue

A Muppet-themed needle book. Kind of perfect because I'm always losing my needles.

An absolutely amazing Princess Bride hoop.

And last, one of my favorite things that I have ever received in a swap: a Jayne hat!!

Isn't it cunning?

Thank you so so much Smeddley!! You are awesome.

Here's what I received from the awesome MissCrafty29!

First there was this wonderful drawing by her 5 year old.

Second, this adorable family of Star Wars peg people (sorry for the dark photo).

Third, a lovely Ludo drawing (he's from Labyrinth).

And lastly, this wonderful painting of San's mask from Princess Mononoke.

(I don't know how to get the pictures to be facing the right way, sorry!)
