Here's another one of my crafts from the recent Video Game Swap. I wanted to make some (semi-) functional things for my partner, and she told me about her extensive garden, and her efforts to become more energy conscious. I wish I had had more supplies to make more of these for her. I hammered a bunch of blank, unused bottle caps flat, and then I stamped them with herb names. I decided to go back and add the Vault Tec logo from Fallout on an extra bottle cap for each marker to make sure it was very obvious that the bottle caps were a reference to the Fallout currency. (I made the Vault Tec logo stamp, too, but that is for another post Wink ). I also sealed them a few time to make sure the stampings didn't wash off. It was hard to take pictures of these because the caps were so shiny. They say "Chives", "Oregano", "Parsley", and "Rosemary".

I really wanted some action shots, but I didn't want to get her garden markers dirty before shipping them off ;P

I love that idea!  I have so many bottlecaps (a big beer drinker at my former job used to bring them in for me  Roll Eyes Grin) and to put them together like that...the ideas for what you could use them for are endless....

Thanks for posting what you made!

What a clever idea! They would look fun in any herb garden.
