It *is* great to have somebody who knows what they're doing. Plus, it's just so cool to be back in a woodshop, with all the neat projects coming in and going out.

One of the other projects I've started is these sad metal chairs the previous owner left in my house.  I've taken off the old seats (which were the thickness of a clipboard, and made out of melamine), and am sanding the frames a bit.  This weekend when I travel south I'll ask my BIL to cut the plywood seats.  Next weekend I spray paint the frames...

"Make us pretty!"
