I received my package from loudxmouse!   Cheesy

Here is the yarn ball before picture:

And the patterns she sent.

One is a sock pattern I've been wanting to give a go and another is for a pair of tiny sock earrings.   She also sent some little dpns.   Smiley

And here is the yarn after unwinding!   The blue skien was also part of the MYB and made up the inner part of the ball.   Smiley

And here are the goodies that I found inside.   Smiley

a gnome, an ami mushroom and a spool knitter

edibles    Cheesy

spring frames, a nest with some felted rocks (?) for eggs, handmade wood buttons! (pretty!), bird magnets, a lovely bracelet, lip gloss, a little gnome ornament (cute!), a stamp and some needles

Thank you, loudxmouse!  Smiley   I had fun unwrapping it!    Smiley

Wow. I love that package! The yarn looks like it has a nice sheen to it. And the stamp and the ami mushroom are awesome.

Okay, so I received literally the best MYB I could have imagined from Mama24boyz the other day!  I've got to type this out quick before work, so forgive any mistakes.  And prepare yourselves for an entirely gratuitous amount of photos Tongue

First, the ball:

This is the yarn it all came in.  There's green in it too, but it's wrapped in the middle.  She sent me a pattern for an awesome cabled chullo hat, which will be perfect for this:

First off, most of my bought items:

More buttons than you can shake a stick at (the jar I was keeping buttons in is officially overflowing!), washi tape, a yarn cutter (which works really well!), gel pens, and NEON EMBROIDERY FLOSS.

I've already used some, as seen in the smaller pic.

Some cables needles and trim that missed the first photo:

More!  A crochet eyeball (I collect eyeball things, it fits right in!), two little mario mushrooms, AMAZING button stitch markers (the one with the flower is my fave!), button clips, and button bracelets.  Lots of button stuff!  A group shot, some individual shots, and a tiny photo of my crocheted items in their place on my shelf:

And the GRAND FINALE!  At the centre of the ball...

Slippers!  They're the crocodile stitch baby booties all sized up!  I almost forgot to take a pic since I was wearing them.  I LOVE the blue buttons!  And they fit like a dream!

I might have forgotten something, since pretty much everything is scattered around in use now.  THANK YOU mama24boyz!  You were an awesome swap partner!
