I was browsing around a thrift shop the other day and I found this old raggedy KISS t-shirt in a Men's XL. It had holes in it, the fabric was very much worn down and the actual graphic in the front was sideways (which I guess the creators did on purpose). But, than I saw the price tag: $3....I though hmmm, for $3, I really want to make this KISS shirt wearable. Also, during this time, I designed a pattern for a wicked halter, a WEAR if you DARE kind of garment because, it is supposed to be worn without a bra. Nevertheless, I have decided to share a tutorial: http://poofhawk.blogspot.com/2013/04/mens-t-shirt-to-heavy-metal-halter.html

on how to make this amazing dress by refashioning a Men's T! Enjoy!

OMG ! This and you are just too cute! Im in the process of teaching myself to sew. i use to fool around with it in  highshool but im trying to pick back up. this is one i will def try. i will just have to alter it a bit since im a lil too well endowed to go braless. lol well thanks for the idea... i will just have to find something else besides KISS so i dont completely still this cute idea. if you or anyone else has any thoughts on how to alter it for larger breasted women please share. well... have a lovely day  Grin

Great dress!  I can't wait to try this myself, hopefully this weekend.  I'm a t-shirt hoarder (always scouring thrift stores for the next great treasure).  Thanks a bunch for the excellent tutorial.    Cheesy
