I have such a problem with my whites devitrifying, so I assume you had a layer of clear on top?

I love the cleanness of the lines too - some of my slumps pull from the corners. Which in itself isn't always bad, but it does mean some of my finished pieces have pointy corners and scalloped sides. Did you have to coldwork them to get the edges so neat?

I made these at a workshop so I wasn't actually there for the firing. I know the man who ran the course ended up grinding the edges to get them nice and straight.
