This project started off as a distraction meant to only take a few hours... It took about fifteen hours over the course of a week. I cut lengths of plastic canvas one square wide and used a ball of rainbow yarn to stitch all around the edge. I used invisible quilting thread to stitch it all together. Hope you like it!

Measurements are: 18 inches long, 8 inches high and 7 inches wide

A few close ups of parts I like

In progress

This is super cool, teapot! So original too! Something like this could make a really neat wall art piece.

It actually started out as a wall piece but I cannibalized it to make this instead. I took a pic of it when I thought it was done and decided I could go bigger or 3D. I think it's pretty original. Smiley

It is SO cheerful!  I adore it!  The 3D aspect really makes it too.  Excellent job!

This is incredible! You could make some kind of creative toy or piece of art out of this. How long did it take to make?

It took nearly fifteen hours but most of that was stitching the yarn. When it came to sewing it together it went way easier than I expected and it only took an hour to stitch it up. My mom asked for one that I'm starting on now. That one will hang on the wall. Smiley
