They are adorable. <3

I have two questions. Does the Matte varnish make the acrylic paint waterproof? So the faces won't wash off when you want to wash them? :3
And if so, does the varnish only work on a specific fabric?

I use Liquitex Matte Varnish. The bottle does claim that it is water resistant when dry. I've never run one through the washing machine though so I'm not sure. (I actually have a face set aside just for this purpose....just haven't gotten around to doing it yet.) I've used the varnish on muslin, canvas, and cotton materials so far with no problem. I usually just test it on a piece of scrap first to be sure.
