I have to tell ya - I think the lamp is the coolest thing - it casts some pretty amazing shadows - but here are a couple more ideas!  Smiley

Umm --I use it for steaming veggies.   Grin
Actually I have one that the leaves/petals are falling off and I'll be interested to see what ideas you come up with that I could also use.

If you take the leaves off and flatten them a bit, you can use them for clamped-resist shibori (dyeing).

I wish I could find the picture, but I saw someone had used one of these to make a squid or jellyfish to hang outside. Streams of beads hung down from it and it was really cool!
