Oh man, silentblair and alwaysinmyroom! I feel your pain, literally! I, too, am currently wearing a thumb splint! I fell a week and a half ago, landed hard on my left hand and had it wrapped in an Ace bandage for a week, then finally had time to pick up a thumb stabilizer. I got an x-ray on Monday, but didn't hear anything, so I'm guessing it's just sprained. I have an appointment at the hand clinic on Tuesday, and I'm going to bring some crochet stuff with me to see if I'll be able to do it (I'm a rightie, so hopefully).

Otherwise... pinkleo, am I allowed to drop my research project for a non-crochet one?

I found and converted the perfect image for my research project. Ironically enough I was able to use software on my phone to alter the image better than I could accomplish on the computer. Now to get it printed out big enough and make sure it still looks right before I transfer it to canvas.

I'm getting behinder and behinder!   Tongue  I'm amazed folks are turning in July projects already!  So fast!  I hope to get my June Randomizer mostly done this weekend, and put in some time carding wool for my Research Project.  I bought two sushi mats at a very cool oriental market in the city, so I'm beginning to gather my actual felting supplies.  I need to get the right kind of soap for wet felting.

Hopefully, I won't have to, but it's good to know I can, just in case Smiley

Whew I've been working with my day off on many projects, and since some packages have been received I was able to post two things I did in June.

Enjoy my massive post.

Off to work on the other class assignments. I have plans for them, I just hope they come out the way they look in my head!

I was wondering, can I post something that doesn't fit into any challenge, but is, for example, nerdy, to get some nerdy points?

I'm thinking of way to turn in more decoupage projects... Tongue
Just waiting for 3 more projects to finally dry overnight.

I might be starting a crochet project too.
