Did some paying work today (yay!) but also got some good progress on my Battle Royale and started my Waves.  Smiley

Thanks!  I'm ignoring a lot of housework in order to craft.  The dust bunnies in the corners have turned into dust bears.....  Tongue

Lol!  Isn't it terrible?  I wish I could afford a cleaning service.

Yep, that would be great.  Tongue

Not that happy with my Battle Royale at this point.  Sad I knew this one would be hard.  I might have to start over from scratch....  Undecided

Waves is coming along well, though.

I'm thinking of doing a research project where I sew some fandom inspired clothes- a top, a bottom, and a dress (possibly a jacket of some sort, I don't have the specifics down yet). I'm not sure if I should include the brainstorming and renderings as part of the three weeks or submit my project once I have the renderings done. Thoughts?

I would include the design process as part of the project, personally.  Very interested to see what you come up with!  Smiley

I was on a crafting roll for a while, but I had to take a break to work on my thesis and now I'm feeling stymied.  Too much left brain...need to turn my right brain back on!  Cheesy  I know what I'm going to do for a couple of the challenges, though, so hopefully that will be enough to get me going again.  I'm looking forward to the projects everyone is plotting and planning!

I think once you get started, you'll have more ideas than you can handle!  Smiley

I have ideas for almost all of the challenges it's just finding the time to do them. I finished one today, I just have to write the tutorial, I have the next one almost done, and I have an idea for a third that would be pretty quick. I also have two skirts, a doll, and a sewing kit (that happens to fit one of the challenges) that all need to be done in the next week and my romance project at the end of this month! It is so much fun though.

Man, everyone's projects are coming out so awesome! I feel like a slackster because I haven't even finished anything yet. Sad
