Here is the link I used for the quilt top: http://quiltingtutorials.com/product-and-tool-demonstrations-and-reviews/jelly-roll-race-quilt-top-hour/

Its putzy at first when the whole thing is 1600 inches long, but after that it sure went quick. I did not do it all in one sitting, so it took longer time than the race says. The top is....50" wide x 60ish" long, so roughly 4 feet wide x 5 feet tall. For now it will be an UFO (unfinished object) till I decide on edging. I already know how I want to quilt it but I've never quilted something this large.

What is this? Did Dessadoll outdo herself again with that phone cozy? *gasp!*

Also, I want a Jelly Roll so I can do a JR race! That looks like so much fun! And so each! And so mindless (in a good way). hm...

I have made two jellyroll race quilt tops...they trick is not to try to plan a pattern...if you follow the instructions, the pattern turns out good all by itself! Cheesy

You can get fairly inexpensive ones at www.Connectingthreads.com to make at least a laptop quilt!

Here are the lovely things that Eszter made me!

these birds have tiny seed beeds on them and a tiny ring at the top of their heads for hanging Smiley

This is a super repurposed bluejeans bracelet. It has copper colored thread and sequins and its just awesome! you have to share how you made it, i have sooooo many jeans here that need to become bracelets.

Here is a pic of all the goodies, the leaf pin is just sweet too,  bit of denim on there. And she sent me a post card of budapest.

Thanks sooo much Eszter!

What a great package from Hungary. Those birds are too cute and too well stitched.
