I ADORE this wall and after reading the entire blog "Sawdust and Embryos" I have several ideas for painting the backplash in my kitchen.  I can't wait to get started!

Thanks for sharing a gorgeous idea.

Crocheting is like prostitution.  First you do it for love, and then for a few close friends, and then for money.  Maybe that is why they call us Hookers?

Thank you, everyone! I still get happy about it when I go in there, which I'm going to say is a great thing. Smiley I totally encourage anyone that's willing to try it, DO IT! I didn't realize I'd still feel this good about it afterwards, haha. And I'd suggest keeping a small level with you while you're taping. The photos don't show it, but some of my lines are a bit wavy and uneven, but hey! It gives it character, and I LOVE character. Wink

I've never been able to do a swap, but I'd LOVE to do one! Especially a personal swap!

That turned out great!  I can't imagine accomplishing that in just a few hours and I was a pro!  And it looks really nice with the floor, too.  YEY YOU!
