My first fabric and rope bowl. These bowls are so easy and so addictive. And they feel so good! Tight and tactile and useful.

KittyKill has as great tut/video and even my firs bowl was a success. I see a great craft for gifts, and for donating for sale at charity craft sales.

I used some old clothesline rope and torn fabric strips. It's a great stash buster and a great way to use up old thread. It takes a lot of thread! I like to wrap as I go to have some control over the pattern. I am definitely making more of these. I guess it will be the holiday gift of the year!

I like all this bowl and the ones in your other post very much.  I amazed that these are your first bowls. They all turned out very well.

Be careful, these bowls are very addictive. And easy, so your first attempts are pretty awesome. I'm stalking used clothing in my house for more bowls. But now I have to go get more rope. Then more bowls, more fabric, more rope.......HELP!
