So I found this old pincushion/thread holder at Goodwill yesterday and it was too cool to leave behind, but not quite cool enough to leave as is, so I gave it a revamp and I LOVE it!!!

To all past swap partners....If something I made you fell apart in some way, it would be helpful to me if you PMed me and told me about it.  Sometimes, I try new things, and if they fail, it helps me to know

Oh Foxy, I am insanely jealous!  I actually went on a Goodwill pincushion hunt Sunday but had no luck at all.

Awesome, right? And I know what you mean...a good pincushion is hard to find! That's why I had to jump all over this one. It makes me sooooo happy!! <3

If someone wanted to make one like that, it looks to me like you would just need a small plaque, some dowel, a drill, a small bit of stuffing and fabric and a small candle stick...hhhmmm maybe and egg cup would work for the pincushion area....then one might need some glue of some sort...We can't have anyone one going insane Grin
