This is a question so basic I'm embarrassed to ask it, but I need to know what is the best glue for adhering fabric to paper or cardboard?

I think I'd try something like this product (heat and bond for fabric):  http://www.joann.com/heat-n-bond-lite-iron-on-adhesive-17-w-x-5yds/prd2982/

I've successfully used 3M's Super 77 spray adhesive to glue fabric to cardboard. Make sure you pull the fabric taut before it sets, though! My first try, I got some bubbling under the fabric.
