This is pen and ink and watercolor. From left to right, Beau, a kitty we fostered (Rosie and I) for nearly ten years, trying to tame him/settle him down. He was never adopted, til Rosie and her beau (no pun intended) got a place of their own and they became the permanent proud parents.
Next, is Ripper, the most recent and energetic addition to the family.
Far right is Zemon (a.k.a. The Zamboni man) who is around 17 now.

In frame.

It was so very interesting to do this portrait, as I found it easy to accurately portray the two kitties with whom I had spent so many years... i knew their subtleties and expressions. But the kitten... I had met him only a few times so it was so different trying to capture the essence a soul i did not know well!!

This is gorgeous!  I knew it was a work of yours from the thumbnail because I absolutely adore your style.  It translates well to loved kitties. Smiley
