I don't think these would look out of place in an old gypsy caravan Cheesy

I found these three attached together vertically, and freed them of their shackles to make something of their new lives on their own. Well, kind of. I guess the sun and moon will still want to knock around together Smiley

I altered this metal mirror similarly too Smiley

Lots of danglies on this one...

Thanks for looking! Smiley

I've seen those linked-together picture frames, and never imagined how they'd be separated - they're perfect for this! And the richness of your collage is so great - especially with the rags and dangly-bits. I especially like the resistor over the moon!

So wonderful and have cool elements that all look so old. The one with the mountain quote is my favorite. The details on it really make it seem ancient and has a story to tell. Smiley

Thank you!  Smiley

I do love to give new life to things I find in charity shops, especially if I can change their use. I had a good chat with the guy in the shop about what plans I had for them (I bought an array of interesting frames) I should take them back in now and show him Cheesy

They are the original chains that were between them and they were so shiny that I wanted to tone them down, so I used the sari silks. I've seen threaded chains before and not even thought about doing it till now, but I love the look!

The tape measure on the quote frame I got from someone who said it was over 70 years old, and it definitely has a good aged look to it Grin

You should take them back and show him. Maybe in the future if he comes across something he thinks you would like, he will give you a ring.

Don't you love it when you see something, your brain stores it, and then you pull it out of no where just when you need it? Love when that happens! Smiley
