I have a ton of fun seeing what the Harry Potter Craftalong will produce next.  I do, however feel very confused about the "awards" part.  What does it all mean?  So, I just thought it might be cool if someone could do an article that would be on the homepage, to explain how it all works to us muggle types Grin

Hi sureal! Grin

What awards part are you talking about?  The badges that we earn for completing challenges or classes (which are earned when fulfilling a craft prompt).  The certificates one earns for OWLs/NEWTs (projects that take 3 weeks or more).  The End of Term Feast where awards are given for certain accomplishments such as SPEW work (aka charity crafting), completing all classes, earning the most House Points, etc.

PM me & jennie (and any of the HPC Staff); we would be happy to give insight to the wonders of the HPC. Grin

And beware, this craftalong style is spreading!  Summer (which I'm starting May 15th) shall be our first ever Nerd Games!  ...I am so lucky that crafters follow me on these crazy fun adventures. Cool

P.S. It may seem confusing, but once one jumps in, most find it much easier than it appears. ....and addictive...and fun!

Thanks pinkleo Grin.  Your wee explanation did help to clarify.  I really wasn't sure what was going on at all Grin.  I love  that it is inspiring so many craftsters to think outside the box a bit Grin
