Hi! I have a small major project planned.... weaving my own hand-knotted oriental carpet. It's "small" because I'm going for prayer rug sized. Anyhow... does anybody know how much wool a person would need to do such a thing? I just found somebody with the right kind of sheep and I can buy roving for $15/lb or raw fleece for $5/lb. I suppose I can always just but "some" then buy more later. She does have 100 head (if I heard my friend correctly).
