I have only started recently making my own card. I buy most of my supplies at Michael’s Crafts. Sometimes I feel as though the paper doesn’t have that professional look to it though. What type and weight of paper is recommended for card making?

I use a pazzle inspiration to cut out my designs for my cards however I do fine some papers when cut with the machine don’t have a clean crisp edge. Instead I get fibers. Does anyone have a brand of paper they recommend when using a cutter?

I would also appreciate any recommendations for websites to buy paper.

I stick to at least 80# weight cover stock.  Two online sources include Marco's Paper (marcopaper.com) and The Paper Cut(thepapercut.com).  Your cards really will look better with the right weight card stock.  Debra
