Done!  Or not...  I was happily admiring my creation when the light hit it just right and I realized that one piece of fabric is sewn wrong side out!  The fabric is very similar right side and wrong side and I just didn't catch it before now.  Well, thank goodness I did catch it and can correct it.  It does mean a bit of picking out and resewing so I will almost certainly be sending on Thursday.  I simply can't deal with it tonight because I'm too grumpy about making such a silly mistake.

I like Kit-Kat, unless I'm with 4 or more people.

Can't wait to see everyone's masterpieces in the gallery! FoxyBlue's pincushion went to Miami before turning around and going back north?!

I have to thank texscrapper for suggesting florist wire for my newest pincushion- it worked! Here's the link. Thank you!

Ugh! the send out is so close, and I'm so horribly sick. I'm hoping I can get better super quick and get the pincushion finished.

Hi everyone!

Just a quick organizer's note!

Since this is a 'One Little Pincushion' swap, can we please only post the extras in the 'Personal Swap Gallery'? I would be much obliged! So...to beat a dead horse (I'm known for that) please only post pics of the pincushion in the gallery!

Thank you!

Mine is done and in the mail on it's way to London UK!  Hope it doesn't take too long getting there.  I can't wait to see more pincushions in the gallery.

ARGH-H-H. All done, all packaged up and I'm sending to Canada...so the kiosk would not kiosk me! And it is the Sat. before Tax day. Long, long lines. Oh, well, I'm still ahead of schedule and will send it out next week, probably tuesday as Monday is "Stand in line at the PO" day!

All is good.

YAY! I'm so excited!! I'm just finishing up my pincushion tonight and plan on getting it in the post just under deadline...as usual for me! I do my best work under pressure! lol!

It was great to get my fingers crafting again...the kids even joined in and made their own "pincushions". Smiley

My pincushion is staring at me (this is a good sign), but I think I'll have to call it a night. I know how everything fits together now, sort of. I had to stop crocheting to have time for all the finishing, but I think the size is good. Now to hide all the yarn and fluff and pieces of scrap paper and pointy objects before hubby comes home tomorrow. He doesn't really mind my crafting, only when it escapes from the craft room and tries to eat the sofa.
