So, I had this old leather jacket that I bought from the fleamarket vouple years ago. It fitted me well, but it made me look like a Gestapo agent, because of the leather... I didn't use it much.

One day I was bored. Then it came to me; I should take the jacket apart, not surely knowing what to do with it Cheesy So I did, and it layed in pieces in the dresser where I store my fabrics and projects for couple of weeks.

Day before yesterday, I was at the generalstore, and saw curtains on sale. There was one with a quite cute desing so I bought it. And on my way home, I got the idea of making a jacket out of it, with the pattern made from the leatherjacket.

So here it is!

I had to do some alterations to the pattern, making it more simple. It has a padded lining that came from the leather jacket, I only made it little shorter. I left also the original tag on it, it's a fun detail Smiley

Also the buttons were from the old jacket

Here's a detail on the sleeve

C&C are welcome! Smiley

Thank you all!  Smiley

I really can't decide what to do with the leftover-leather... Mayde a bag, or some accesories..? Well, it can rest on my drawer as long as it takes Smiley
