My grandmother wanted a bag that she could use when she went to the doctors and such on rainy days. She ALWAYS used an umbrella, so she wanted something that would keep it from getting everything else wet (xrays, referrals, etc)
THIS is what I came up with. I am IN LOVE with the ducky fabric and may make something for myself with it haha. The front has a large pocket, almost as tall as the bag. On the inside, there is a small ducky pocket and on the left of the bag, on the inside, there is a pocket that is the whole length of the bag, lined in clear plastic (to keep her umbrella from getting all her stuff wet).
She loves it and so do I! I may need one of these, but that means I'll have to start carrying an umbrella! :-P

This is such a cute bag!

I love how you made the inside pocket from the outside fabric...nice size to carry a lot of things!  The umbrella hold is a great idea!
