OMG you guys crack me up!

MLF, your walnut dyed yarn is THE BEST COLOUR EVAR!!!!! Almost like butterscotch candy

Thanks!! You have to be quick to get walnut dye that color ... a bit too long in the dye bath and you have a dark brown to black.

Now that I'm on a weaving kick, I've pre-ordered Interweaves Spin to Weave by Sara Lamb.

I ordered both the book and the DVD ... you might think it is over kill but I love to read and love to have hard copies of reference books I can loan out.  I ordered the DVD because there are always nuances to spinning that you just can't describe in text.

MLF!  I really wanted to take Sara Lambs Spin to Weave course at Olds Fibre Week in June, but sadly it overlaps the Master spinners course by 2 days   I need that Time turner Hermione gets in year 3(?)  Then I could take both!    I'm happy to hear there's a book and DVD.
