love to take part in personal swaps, I would love a poppet of my very own, or a doll like the ones made by Poppets & Lace

Thank you guys for your nice comments.
I love that costume idea. That is really creative!

That multi eyed monster is cool... what are the eyes made out of?  They look like superballs crochet into the piece with paint dot pupils.  So neat

Basically glow-in-the-dark polyclay. And they're glued in. I tried to crochet them in but it didn't work.

Awesome! I just found my pack of glow-in-the-dark polymer clay, so now I will be thinking about how to replicate your awesomeness!

I received my package, and I love it!

First up is Mortimer, a fuzzy green monster with piercing yellow eyes and a very nice purple bow tie.

My cat Peppers likes Mortimer a lot.

Peppers, no! Bring him back!

Luckily for everyone, Mortimer likes cats, and not just as dessert.  They will get along fine.  It's a good thing he's so small though, otherwise their roles might be reversed.

And now, the absolutely stunning extra:  Dan, the dapper Ood!

He is super duper detailed, and handsome.  Check out that argyle vest!  And his tiny fedora!  His pants even have a crease down the side.

So basically, I love my monsters more than anything and they are fabulous beyond imagining.  Thank you so much, bananasandhair!

Biting's excellent. It's like kissing, but there's a winner!

Yay, for more awesome monsters!

Well, my partner received over a week ago, so I'm going to go ahead and post what I sent her.

This is my version of a baby Nessie.  I'm a bit jealous of the other Nessie with the long neck, because I just couldn't get mine to be under 4 inches with a neck.  So I decided that this was just a baby and that loch monsters hatch with short necks which later develop into longer necks as they grow.  If that's not convincing enough for you, then feel free to just call it a sea monster.   Grin

This little dude is too cool to have a neck...anyway it's better for keeping heat in frozen cold water. He's amazing. Well done.
