I've been wanting to knit socks FOR-EV-ER (say it like Sandlot). I'm terrible at knitting, so I broke down and bought a sock loom. Here are two creations....

And baby sockies!

Hooray!  Super cute!  (I am also a terrible knitter and bought myself a loom too.  Haven't used it yet but you give me hope!)  Smiley

Thanks! It took me a few tries to get them straight. They were originally sort of wonky.

Great socks. I got my sock loom awhile ago, because loom knitting is faster than working with four needles. Only I still haven't mastered the toe part on the loom, but then again I couldn't do it with the regular knitting needles either.

I got sock needles. I am regretting this decision because I've been too scared to try. Maybe I could just buy a book, I've been wanting to buy a knitting book anyways... Meh. Looms look fun. Plus these look like socks.

I tried needles, but they didn't work well for me. I'm not the best knitter in the world, so a loom made more sense for me. CraftyLadyMJ, there is a video on YouTube for the heel and toe working on a loom, that's the video I used. Make sure it's the one with the blue yarn. Good luck!

Nice job! I love those colors, especially the stripes on the first pair.
