First, let me give credit to the source of my inspiration - I saw an elephant clutch in the March 2005 issue of Teen Vogue magazine.  The designer is Patch NYC and the price is $245.00.  My daughter loves elephants so I thought I would try to make one for her.  I couldn't find an on-line image of the original bag but here is my version. 

 

The Asian fabrics were a gift from a friend.  Here is a close-up of the peach-colored clutch...



And here is a shot of the zipper and lining. 



Don't miss the tacky plastic fish bead on the tail!
