Woo, partners! There are a couple great movies on my partners list! Then there are a few I'm not sure sure about, but I'll of course give 'em a try, that's kinda the point of this swap! Haha.

Yay for partners! I actually have two of the movies on my partners list and three are on my "to watch" list already! Only one of them is on Netflix though, so I will have to go scope out the library and my local video store.  Grin

Super excited. Two of my favorites, and three I haven't seen in awhile. I think I can work with that. There are already a few ideas floating around.

Excited to start crafting!!!
My partner has some good (and craftable) movies on her list ... But I'm kind of leaning toward one in particular ... We will see what happens though once I am able to sit down and get started rewatching the movies she's listed (I've seen them all but its been a while for some)

So the first movie I watched from calixta's list was Dead Man. It's been on my list of movies to watch for a few years now and I'm glad I finally did. It had some great moments in it and a huge cast of awesome actors (In my opinion if Iggy Pop or Tom Waits shows up in a movie I know it's a good one!). If you don't dig indie films then I would not suggest watching it. It is available on Netflix streaming.

I'm glad you liked it!  Jarmusch films are not for everybody but I love them.  And I totally agree with your Iggy Pop and Tom Waits assessment!  My second favorite Jarmusch movie is Down By Law which stars Tom Waits and in fact, jump started my personal fascination with the man and his music!

I picked up Ghostbusters at the library today and hope to watch it soon.  Who you gonna call?!  I remember how scary that ghost in the library was the first time I ever saw it!

Ghostbusters is a frequently quoted movie in our house - one of the many...  Smiley

"Tell him about the Twinkie." (My personal favorite.)
