Just note on your swap that you cannot tolerate horror movies.  You'll be paired with someone with no (or as few as possible) horror movies on their list.  And you don't have to watch all of the movies, you could, in theory, make all three tiny things from the same movie!  For example, if I had Labyrinth, Spaceballs, Attack of the Killer Tomatoes, Joe's Apartment, and Psycho on my list, you wouldn't have to watch Psycho at all.  Or Joe's Apartment, if you don't like cockroaches.  You could craft three Spaceballs crafts, or split between Spaceballs and Labyrinth!

Plus, most people (as noted) have more than five favorite movies.  If you get really, really, really stuck, just ask your partner if there's an alternative.  I bet there would be!  Like National Treasure or The Great Mouse Detective or Rocky Horror Picture Show or Mega Piranha or The Princess Bride or... or... or..  Cheesy

Don't let that scare you off!  Cheesy

Oh oh oh, I love this one!  I am gonna have to see if I have room for another swap.  THis one is so fun!

WHistley, I am sure it could be mentioned that you do not like those movies in the questionnaire to ensure that you have a good experience with the swap.  This is a really fun swap.  You will enjoy it!

Hello more new people!

If you think you've sent in a questionnaire but aren't on the list, please let me know - there's been at least one glitch (I know, it's too much to ask for technology to work perfectly all the time!).

In other movie news, last night I watched Bait, a surprisingly not-bad (for cheesy horror movies) movie about a shark trapped in a supermarket after a tsunami.  I give it two fins up.  Cheesy

The last round I did introduced me to a new favorite movie so I'm psyched to do this again.  It's great to be introduced to new films or perhaps given incentive to re-watch something you haven't seen in a while!

My list contains a lot of older movies so I'll bet there will be something on there that my partner-to-be will not have seen before!  Of course, I also couldn't contain myself to a mere list of five either!!   Wink

Somehow I was able to limit my list to 5 movies. I'm impressed with myself. haha.

I am really thinking about doing this swap. I think this would be a ton of fun.

You should! It is! I've found quite a few movies I'd never have watched that were quite interesting through this swap.  The first two times I was paired up with people with a lot of non-english movies, and while I don't love having to read subtitles (because you can't craft at the same time!) I'm glad I "had" to watch them because I really enjoyed it.

The hardest part if this swap is usually coming up with the movies for your list!

Ok I think I will have to think even harder about doing this now. I am going to try to keep my movie count under 10 if I join.  Cheesy

I'm excited to do this swap again. I try to change up most of my movies each time I join. This time around I decided to go with, in no particular order,

1. Disney's Hunchback of Norte Dame
2. Wreck-It Ralph
3. Galaxy Quest
4. Forgetting Sarah Marshall
5. Jurassic Park

It's a bit all over the place but they are all movies I can watch over and over again. I can't wait for Jurassic Park in 3D!
