Welcome MissCrafty29!

I will close sign-ups at 9pm tonight, and hopefully that will give me time to partner people this evening!  Otherwise, you'd have to wait until Monday night, and who wants to do that?!  Cheesy

There seems to be a broad range of taste in movies. This should be fun. The challenging part is do you work with what you know or try something new?

I say both as well.  I think I've always watched all five of my partner's movies, and even though I sometimes go into it knowing one movie and even having some ideas, sometimes something really grabs me from another movie and I have to completely switch gears!

A lot of very similar tastes this round... but the winner is Star Wars, appearing on 4 lists!  (Yes, I know it's 6 movies now, but the runners up were Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings, also series, so!)

3 1/2 hours to go!

I enjoy both finding movies that I haven't seen before and getting the chance to re-watch others.  In fact, I haven't seen the original Star Wars trilogy in over a decade probably!  Maybe I should add them to my movie list even if they aren't on my partner's list!
Now I'm a little worried that some of the movies on my lists aren't very 'craftable'.  Oh well.  Good thing I was unable to confine myself to 5!   Grin

Some are easier than others, but I've never seen one movie that was COMPLETELY uncraftable!  You may have to think outside of the box a bit, but it can be done.  And I happen to know a few movies on your list are very craftable, so you're good!  Cheesy

I do augment my "favorites" list based a bit on what I'd like crafts from.  Like, MegaPirahna was not an all-time favorite, but it was fun and I thought it'd be craftable.  It does lack the depth and meaning of, say, Gone with the Wind or Casablanca, though it makes up for it with a giant fish eating a helicopter

Two more hours!  I don't know if anyone else will join (last time there was a last-minute entry!) but I have to keep it open even though I know everyone's eager to get their lists...  Cheesy

my husband is the big starwars fan at our house. when we introduced it to our kids we debated whether to start with episode iv, since it was actually made first, or to start with episode 1 with is first chronologically. we ended up with chronological order.

PARTNERS HAVE BEEN POSTED AND SENT!

If you have not received a PM, something has gone horribly wrong, please let me know.
If there's a serious problem with shipping preferences or allergies, please let me know.

If you're staring at your partner's movie choices going "oh... I don't even... where to start?!" that is normal.  Cheesy  Just grab some popcorn and sit back and start watching!  Inspiration will strike, and if it doesn't... I think I can speak for most of us when I say there are probably a few alternates we'd be willing to throw your way.

And you can always search for crafts for inspiration, things like Monty Python and Star Wars and Harry Potter and Muppets have a LOT of crafts.  You CAN craft all of your crafts from one movie, or do all three from three different movies, it's up to you.

Have fun and happy movie watching!

Remember to check in, an easy way is to give us updates on what you've watched!
