Haha! Love that Groundhog ATC! Maybe that's why Phil predicted an early spring and we're in the middle of a snow storm!

lol! Lost bras, lost groundhogs, confused bunnies and skunks. What a blast. And the beautiful flowers and eggs and cards. This is more fun the TV! Well, lately anything is more fun than TV. So....more fun than ___________ (fill in your favorite thing.)

from cmarion3, a lovely collection of emotional cats!!  Love the fabric one, have you made a tutorial for these?  If not, you should.  :-)  Thank you!

Thank you!. Good us of some of my cat pictures. By the way, the last one is upside down  Grin

It's a yawning cat and I would post the pic, but I forgot to take a snap of those. Wait, I do have the original. Meet Oskar our newest kitty. Came to us with a repaired and healed badly broken leg (rescue kitty). He had to have another surgury to fix the knee, but now is one crazy, active fly off and over the furniture cat. The other cat is Palo, 10 years old and just about in heaven having a new kitten with ears that need frequent cleaning. He put up with a very grumpy cat (Kitten is in another ATC sent to Wiccawitch) for 8 years before Oskar joined us.....oh no, my cat side is showing. I don't think I was this bad even with my own children.

I did give rough directions earlier in these posts, but good suggestion to put together a better tut with pics. You could use any photograph, but I do some Photoshop and Illustrator magic to get the fun posterization and colors.

Yep, I think a tutorial is a must. There's a craftster challenge for tutorials in the first week of April, depending on how quickly you could whip one up.

I received some lovely ATCs at the end of last week Smiley

From kmac for my dragonflies theme

I love this! How did you make the wings? Love that they have texture and are thin like a real dragonfly wing. They also have that iridescent quality that dragonflies have. I want to try this technique Smiley Thank you so much!

From SonjaBoo for my songbirds theme

This is so lovely! SonjaBoo explained the background is "sprayed inks & gesso using a stencil." I love this technique! The bird is made from cork and painted. It's so lovely and such bright spring colors. Thank you!

I received 2 alphabet ATCs from pilarfarmer today.  She had claimed me for the Letter S but told me she would also make the Letter N.

She explained them like this - I used stamp pad ink and sharpies and then sprinkled alcohol over them, then defined the letters with sparkle glaze.

I really like them!
