I'm knitting these socks off Ravelry http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/wonderland-socks
They are toe up in the pattern, however I'm knitting them cuff down instead. I've flipped the chart vertically, but I don't know if I have to change the lines of the chart.
Each chart row has 4 rows to it:
Round 1: (CC) knit one round plain
Round 2: (CC) knit the blank boxes, purl the filled in ones
Round 3: (MC) knit one round plain
Round 4: (MC) purl the blank boxes, knit the filled in ones

I'm knitting it this way, but when I tip the cuff towards me I can see the pattern quite clearly, and when I tip it down (as if wearing it) it's not as obvious. I have knitted to chart row 5 and I don't want to continue if I've made a mistake and then end up having to frog loads, if I'm doing it wrong.
I'd take a picture, but it's hard to tell.
Any help would be great.

Got it sorted on Ravelry.
Anyone who wants to knit these cuff down. You don't have to change the order of the rows. Just persevere.

I was having a Skype convo with my sister in Italy yesterday and when I showed her the sock I was knitting, she said I dont know what youre complaining about I can see the tail just fine. When I looked into the little video box of myself, she was right! Lol. I guess its just one of those, had it too close to my face knitting optical illusions. Wink
