where can i find a 1/2" circle cutter?

Hi All!
I'm new here and I'm in a bit of a bind.  I need to make A LOT of 1/2" circles all over a poster board.  That rules out regular punches.  Martha Stewart now makes everywhere punches as well as Fiskars, but both are too big.  I love the screw punch Martha makes, but the sizes are too small.  Her circle cutter makes a 1" circle as the smallest.  Those other circle cutters don't make small enough circles either.  Fiskars does make a free hand/template cutter, but the thing is not working right...keeps eating up my paper!  Any suggestions?  I really don't want to cut out all those circles with an exacto knife!
