I've been fixated on this image for the past 5 days and I'm finally done YAYYYY. This is my first COMPLETED watercolor painting so I have a lot to work on! I'm not particularly happy with the tree portion of the background... so clearly I need to practice my backgrounds! I was so rushed to get this piece done that I think the composition suffered. Otherwise, I'm really REALLY happy with how the subjects turned out Smiley PS of all things to really mess up I completely effed my signature Angry oh well, I'll probably cut that out anyways Tongue Here it is:

And a close up

C&C appreciated!

I think it's gorgeous, all of it. Did you get the image from your brain or was it gleaned from somewhere else? What is the story behind it? I want to know more!  Cheesy Beautiful work.

Thanks both of you Cheesy

cankle the faun was inspired by the movie Pan's Labyrinth (If you google images of him you'll see some similarities, such as the design on his forehead). As for the rest of the image, it's all from my brain!
