I am a quilting machine today!...finished this one. It is for my daughter, the deal was that she cuts the stencils and I make the quilt.

I gathered stencils of HP with the aid of my trusty friend Mr Google, used freezer paper to make the images. Cut all of the images to the same size and added some sashing and borders. I decided on fairly plain sashing rather than pieced work because i wanted the images to be the focus.

On the back I used some house printed fabric from IKEA, because it reminded me of the dursley house. One of the houses is remarkably like mine, so I coloured it in...just to provide some interest on the back...

C&cC welcome

pix to follow when I figure out what the %^( is going wrong with picture uploading.

When I use the upload feature at the end of the post, ie uploading them one at a time, one loads and the rest fail, the html code appears to be different, in that one of the pix defines a size, the others don't, but if I C&P the working code, it still doesn't display- it goes through all the motions of uploading. Also the one that loads isn't necessarily the first one, but a random one.

This has happened on two different posts (I posted another baby quilt and just left the one image that worked)...

tried the regular photo uploader and all of the pix are the right size, but I ended up running out of time and haven't had a chance to have another go.

Hope this helps maremare
