Girl's hi-low circle skirt with link to tutorial

My daughter wanted some new skirts for spring, and she asked for something pink, twirly and "like a pop star would wear." Since Pop Star Kiera wore a hi-low skirt in Barbie: Princess and a Pop star, this was a no brainer! I used a basic circle skirt formula and just moved the center opening off center a bit so that one side would be longer. I need to make more of these! Amagaaaaad, that's so cute! Strangely, I was literally just trying to figure out my measurement for a circle skirt... Now I'll have to make two!
