Herbology.

Temporarily relocated to classroom 115 D (outside, just beyond the astronomy tower - we've relocated due to a huge overgrowth of particularly fiesty mandrakes. We're working to clear them out without any injury to both wizards and plants)

Well hello Students, I'm Melissaurus, your Herbology professor for this semester. Since Spring is a time full of new life and flowers, this is the perfect time to give a little extra care and love towards the plants, magical and non-magical, that surround us and keep the world bright and exciting.

~*Welcome students new and old to Hogwarts' Spring Semester*~ 

A certain excitement fills the air at the beginning of a new semester.  And lucky for us, our crafty magic can now begin since our new class assignments have been posted.  Further, you may begin to serve your Detention in the Dungeons.   Also, make sure to check out our Advanced Studies Exam Room; we are here to encourage you while you tackle the larger projects of OWLs and NEWTs.  Quidditch fans, note that quidditch will be hosted by the Houses for the Spring; look for announcements from your Head of House or Quidditch Captain.  Also, there is word that the Order is still seeking new members; if interested, visit Headquarters for your mission.  For those who want to be in uniform, House Robes (aka avatars) are available at the Robe Shops.  Contact me if you wish to open your own shop; new robe designers and badge creators are always welcome.

There is a lot that goes on here at Hogwarts, but remember that you do not have to take on all the classes and challenges. It is craftsmanship that shows who we truly are, far more than how many projects we turn in.  To ease your way around the castle, you can find portkeys in the first post, first page.  If you have any questions, do not hesitate in sending an owl (either through a PM aka Personal Message to me or posting in this thread, our students are very helpful).  I can't wait to see your skills in crafty magic.  Have fun!
