Jennie- Those shortbread cookies look amazing thanks for posting the recipe
jenleahlynn- that necklace is really pretty I like how you kept the shape of a diadem but made it more wearable
Pottermouth- such a neat altered tin
Noodle- I love your detention project, that's really cool I need to convince myself that it's ok to use book pages in project.

Class/Challenge/House Pride:Bertie Botts Beans- Spinach
House: Slytherin
Project Name: Spinach fruit smoothie
Project Page Link (if available): :
Brief Description:  So I've been meaning, intending, and planning on trying to make some new smoothies and trying to make them with more good for you stuff. I've seen loads of smoothie recipes with spinach and was always skeptical cause eww spinach but this month's bean gave me the courage to give it a go So today after I got home from my run I went for it and made my first spinach smoothie! and surprisingly it was pretty good!
Project Picture:

Recipe was kind of haphazard
1 kiwi- sliced
1 handful of grapes
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup pineapple
a smidge of water
I threw it all in the blender and just mashed buttons till it was drinkable, the predominate flavor was kiwi so that was nice, overall I think I'll try making some more soon

I know what you mean - i only use looks that are already unreadable, but i still had to take a few deep breaths before i launched into my first project with them!

Thank you for the well wishes pinkleo & friends.  I just got home from St. Mungo's.  Went to the Muggle doctor at 8:30 yesterday morning, and they sent me straight to the Healers at St. Mungo's.  By around 10:00 they decided my appendix needed to be Vanished from the material sphere.  Danger is over now, but I'm not supposed to sit and type long, so I may be around less for the next few days.  All is well though.  Cheesy

Oh no Jennie! I'm sending good thoughts your way!!!!

I'm not done on anything... I manage to make a doll for my cousin's daughter but it doesn't fit any of the challenge... BUT! I did finish the top of Mariann's quilt and took pictures of the OWLs I've drawn so far...

So here's my advanced studies of Friday a day soon.

OWL WIP:

I plan on maybe frame them to hang in my kids' room when they are done.

NEWT WIP:

I still need to go out and buy the back fabric for it, and I still want to quilt it so it looks like a tree Smiley My daughter loves it already, and I can't wait to start on my son's... IF I have the time to start it before the baby arrives.... At least his bday is August 2nd! My daughter's July 7th, so I hope it'll be ready by then.

I'm sorry I'm not commenting on everyone's projects! I browsed the pages in awe, of course!

Class/Challenge/House Pride: DADA
House: Ravenclaw
Project Name: Elephant
Brief Description: After much research I believe my patronus is an elephant. These large mammals are intelligent, loving, protective of individuals in their herd, playful, and hard working.
I recently learned how to screenprint, and as a test to make sure I knew what I was doing I printed an elephant on a shirt I had previously purchased for my niece.
