Greetings Everyone,

Well this one only took Three months LOL.

It shall go to the younger daughter, and she has been biting at the bit to get her hands on it. She picked out the sashing and the background colors.

First image is the picture of the top.


Second is the backing she picked


And lastly, since I am still a new quilter this being my third, I tried free motion quilting for the first time.



Thanks for taking a look. I had a blast in the SWAP, and a lot of fun working on the quilt.

Am working on round 3.

So was I!, but then I just thought well I was scared to start quilting too.

And I wasn't about to let it take me as long to give it a try as I did with actually quilting.

And it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. Granted I have lots to learn and need to build up my skills, but like quilting it will come with time.
