WWP swaps are for all people interested in the Pagan traditions and holidays.

Ostara Egg-stravaganza

This swap is a 3 point minimum with one item being egg-themed. It could be a decorated plastic egg, a piece of art involving eggs, an egg decorating kit, etc. This is the holiday where it it is said you can balance an egg on end.

Thanks for putting this up, HG. I think we can have a fun little egg-centric (that's almost not a pun!) swap. The dollar stores are crammed full of plastic eggs this year, in every possible size and colour. What could be done with them?

I am happy people like the idea! I'm already dreaming up some things....a long time ago, I was sent some really cool hanging plastic eggs in an old WWP swap I still hang during Ostara from the knobs on my dresser/altar. They held some neat treasures.

I'm sure going to request eggs that we can open. Those witchhippie made us are a huge favorite since they are quite big and made from a egg-shapped metal thin, but I don't know what candy it's from and we don't have those here, well none that I saw... And since they are big they get to be the grande finale of the egg hunts and holds the little animals I make for them

I love Ostara. My daugther asked me when we'll do the egg hunt last week

Hollow metal eggs! I found some great two-piece metal sphere ornaments at Christmas and bought some to stash for later use. I think I'll have to go looking for egg-shaped ones tomorrow. They'd be so useful for many, many things.
