 Grin

I made the harem pants from a medium weight black jersey.
The crop top is some ridiculous poly/spandex blend.
It's a loud combo. Gonna save it for my next 80's party.
Or maybe for tomorrow when I visit my grandma after she comes home from church  Wink

If anybody's interested in making the pants for themselves, I posted a tutorial on my blog. It's the first tutorial I've ever made using adobe illustrator, so I'd love to hear what you think! http://www.mollytov.com/diy-harem-pants/

Thanks craftsters. Kisses!!!

Very nice and they look extremely comfortable too.  The top is also pretty.

Oh my word---the photo is SO awesome!  Amazing mood and colors!  Are hammer pants coming back, or are you just having fun going retro?

As for whether or not hammer pants are back in style, I'm gonna go with a tentative yes...They've been popping up quite a bit in my tumblr feed lately. That's really where the inspiration came from.
