I finished my duffel bag and completely forgot to take pictures before I brought it in to work for display so I'll take pictures when I get it back in June.  Next project will be a few tote bags

Looking for Mccalls 6337 sewing pattern, if you have a copy you'd be willing to share/give/sell please let me know.  The bag costs $60 and I think perhaps I could make it cheaper/

Another purse finished, but it's for a swap partner so I'll have to post pics once she receives. It's from an old sweater and I am super pleased with how it turned out!

Great bags ladies!

I haven't done the clutch I was meaning to do yet.. hopefully tomorrow as I have the day off but husband is sick so we'll see.

I did just finish a bag for a pattern I was testing, but not sure if I'm allowed to share it until the pattern is released.. I'll post as soon as I can.

I picked up an Amy Butler book at the library that has a couple of purses in, a clutch and a boxy quilted bag. I might make the quilted one although it depends what the instructions are like I haven't actually read through it yet just looked at the pretty pictures  Cheesy

Sewfearless  I love the bag.  She put a call out for testers on her blog. 
I was lucky that I had all the hardware.  it uses a frame.  Will post as soon as I can.  I did the clutch today.  need to take pics

 I will have to look them up. I haven't heard of them and I am always looking for new patterns to put in my pile of patterns I need to try. LOL!

Here's the envelope i made from an online tutorial




The other side is plain.. kinda blah, trying to see if I can do something to it..

The tutorial has a button for a closure.. The band was my own addition

oh also, I modified so the opening doesn't have the "v"s on the middle part.. (you'll have to see a pic on the tutorial so see what I mean) I used a firmer pleather so didn't think I'd be able to handle the "v"s
