"Texscrapper" That's a cool demin bag. What are you using for the lining! Can't wait to see it all done!

"alwaysinmyroom" Oh my that's a very neat cowgirl bag. I love the bag you already made very pretty! So much fun!
That's what I have to do when nothing goes right, I have to leave it for awhile then come back later & usually it works. So aimr it'll work out you'll see!!

Okay, it looks like it's going to snow tonight/tomorrow ... we'll see if I can actually get the purse cut out, as it didn't happen before.

Woo!

I'm using the John Deere fabric as the lining, base, and accent Smiley
The jeans are Wranglers, so it has a "country" feel Smiley

I made my choices at last  Cheesy

I'm doing view D with this lovely batik cotton. I will have to piece the strap as my remnant isn't long enough but I don't mind that  Wink

Nice!  I love the big orange tote also--it would be great to hold a bunch of yarn for projects!

I love that batik fabric!

I might give that a try too  Wink
I have finished the batik one - 2 hours and 3 needles later...  Roll Eyes I made the strap extra long to wear across my body and I'm waiting for the phone to talk to the computer to upload my pics  Grin
It was a total PITA to make as the only interfacing I had was the really heavy duty stuff and it was sew in not fusible but I used fabric glue and glued it to the main fabric and then ironed the hell out of it  Roll Eyes  sewing the darts was difficult and added the outer pocket, my machine wasn't happy with all the layers. I lined it in a lovely bright orange and added two patch pockets to the lining, the zip is cream but it's not ever-so noticeable and it does have a nice chunky silver end that goes well with the silver O rings  Smiley
I added one of the Teesha Moore patches I got in the TM swap last year to the front pocket.

"KookaLoo" You are fast! I love the baltik fabric, also love your choice & I like a over the head strap too. The TM Patch is great! Awesome job!!

"texcrapper"  Your demin bag is going to be so cool, the John Deer fabric is great for the lining & the bottom!!

I've been working on the patch for the middle section of the one panel that's pin. Will take pic when I get it done!
