So I have this wallet made by iron fist, http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/517b-AD8lfL._SL500_SS500_.jpg , I've had it for a really long time and the the image has worn out pretty bad, (the black outlines). So one night I sat down and colored it all back in with sharpie and it looked great! I started using it again and the sharpie started to rub off on everything it touched! My question is, can I remove the sharpie with alcohol? Will it take the whole picture off? And what kind of marker/paint do you guys think might work to go over it again and stay?

I don't know about the alcohol - perhaps try it on a very tiny part to see?

And I think the sharpie could be more permanent if you could top coat it with something ... I just don't know what. :/

Yeah, you'd have to coat it with something. If you hear the words "Mod Podge", just ignore them. Mod Podge will collect every bit of dust and fuzz, and if it's hot out it will become even more sticky. Go to home depot and get a varnish make for vinyl. Comes in a spray can, I believe.
