Hi everyone!

Here is a picture of the super neat hoop I received from hoppy! She used two of my suggested themes (I seem to remember sending a long and rather varied list), and combined them in a totally unexpected way! She merged one of my favourite artists (Mucha) with Lord of the Rings, and did Galadriel in his style. Which, if you don't know Mucha, is totally cool and super ambitious! (Much more ambitious than my own plan! haha)

You can't really tell from the picture, but the shape around her is wire (meaning we both chose wire as our added element!), and the design inbetween the wires is metallic thread. As someone who has once worked with metallic thread, I can appreciate how truly infuriating it can be, but it made for a great effect! My favourite part is her hair, which looks like braids!

gosh! so many cute hoops! okay, so i promised to post pics of the TOTALLY AWESOME hoop that QueenNinjaMonkey made for me like, three days ago. and i'm just now getting around to it. heh, my bad!





i have another totally rockin star wars themed hoop to add to my collection! woot! QNM was inspired by some jose pulido day of the dead star wars characters i have pinned on my pinterest. thanks so much, QNM!! i love love love him! you're the bees' knees! =)

My camera has died...think I am going to have to get a new one.   I am having a friend take photos of the wonderful hoop rachel.in.rainbows sent me and I will post them as soon as I can!
