 Cheesy

I'm in the middle of altering a little decorative wooden house/display shelf thingymebob, and didn't want to use the drawer in it, so I decided to create something else with it. Playing around in some of my junk boxes this is what evolved.

I very much like this piece and the egg box you posted.
I hope you won't mind answering a question. How do you organize all of the bits and pieces you use in your creations. I am quickly becoming overwhelmed and currently have to paw through my stash to find inspiration or something "I just know I have." Many of these little items don't seem to have a logical category until they are used. How do you do it? Size, shape, color, material... the list goes on and on. I could use some suggestions.
Thanks in advance.

Love it! I wouldn't be able to sleep with it looking at me like that, but it would look lovely in another part of the house.

The bathroom? Cheesy

Craftsunderground, I really wish I could help you, but aside from having a drawer in a cabinet marked 'metal bits' and a box of larger things to become other things, I'm not an organised person at all Undecided I do quite like rummaging through my craft room because I always come across things I'd forgotten about. I do really dislike looking for something I know is hiding in there somewhere though!

Ooh, I love it, Phizzy! It doesn't creep me out at all, so you really should consider giving it to me since my birthday is in 254 days.   Wink

Mine's 57 days earlier than hers, so it needs to come home with me.   Cheesy
