Does anyone know how or know of a pattern to crochet this triangle scarf? Its by Donna Perkins, and I love it but I'd like to try to make it myself.

Hmmmm....I'm not entirely positive, but I think its bulky yarn and just dc??

I absolutely love love quilts, do you think an afghan is a fair trade for a quilt? I'd love to swap!

Yeah, looks like maybe 6 strands held together to make a sideways double crochet scarf. Need a 12 or 15 mm hook for that!

I'm fairly new to crocheting, and maybe this is already answered on a board in this forum, but i did look..
How would i make this scarf into the triangle shape that it is. Is there a formula out there for when and how many stitches to drop per row? Any clarification would be great, thanks.

You could do it from the wide edge and decrease at both ends of the row, or start at the point and increase at both ends of the row. Here's a pattern available on Ravelry that starts at the point, done in double crochet (the pattern is written using British terms, so they call it treble crochet). I didn't see any other free ones for this type of scarf, but they may be out there somewhere.
